STANDARD Rates

Therapy:

Initial - $218

$145 per 45-50-minute session  

Assessment and Evaluation:

$145 per hour with a minimum of 6 hours plus the an initial intake fee

Coaching and Consulting:

Contact our office directly for determining rates as they vary per contract and services needed.

(Please note:  All rates are subject to change and may vary according to services or contracted rates.)

Insurance

We do accept some insurance programs.  Please contact us or check directly with your insurance carrier to verify if we are accepting your program.  It is also important to verify with your carrier your type of coverage (for example, mental health benefits, deductibles, and sessions per calendar year). 

Assessment, Coaching and Consultation Services

Insurance companies generally do not cover all forms of psychological assessment (i.e. psychoeducational, learning disability, presurgical) and arrangements for payment must be made at the time of the initial intake.  

Coaching and consultation services are also not generally covered by insurance companies and arrangements for payments must be made at the time of the initial intake.

Payment

Cash, check and most major credit cards accepted for payment which is due at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you may be required to pay a cancellation fee.
